RETURNS POLICY
this returns policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions. bobbys hospitality reserves the right to change this returns policy at any time. it is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. if any errors occur or issues arise, these must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting hello@bobbyscoffeestore.com so that we can investigate. this returns policy does not affect your rights under australian consumer law.
NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES – COFFEE BEANS
no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available on coffee bean sales, as they are a perishable product. all coffee bean sales are final, except where required under australian consumer law. no exceptions.
RETAIL PRODUCTS (NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS)
no refunds are offered on retail products unless an item is proven to be damaged or faulty.
retail products, excluding coffee beans, may be exchanged or issued with a credit note provided that:
the item is unused and not damaged
the item is in its original packaging
the item is returned within 7 days of purchase
proof of purchase is provided
bobbys hospitality reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
we take care to pack products carefully to prevent damage in transit. if, for any reason, your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing hello@bobbyscoffeestore.com.
where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with australian consumer law.
once reported, we will arrange for the item to be returned and you may choose to:
receive a replacement; or
receive a refund
CHANGE OF MIND
we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. however, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
all change of mind returns must be:
unused and undamaged
in original packaging with labels/tags attached
return postage for change of mind items is at the purchaser’s expense.
WILL YOU REFUND RETURN POSTAGE COSTS?
return postage costs will be refunded where the return is required due to an error on our part, including:
the item being damaged or faulty; or
the incorrect item being supplied
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS (NOT APPLICABLE TO COFFEE BEANS)
to return an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, please:
contact us at hello@bobbyscoffeestore.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue and arrange a return. we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address.
securely pack the item(s) in their original shipping packaging and return them to us.
once received, we will organise a refund or replacement based on your selected option. please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. replacement delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability.
HOW TO RETURN CHANGE OF MIND ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE (NOT APPLICABLE TO COFFEE BEANS)
to return a change of mind item, please:
contact us at hello@bobbyscoffeestore.com to arrange the return;
pack and return the item(s) in original packaging;
once received and inspected, a credit note will be issued. credit notes are provided after the returned item has been received and approved. please retain all email correspondence related to your credit note.
we recommend returning items via registered or tracked post. bobbys hospitality is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if untracked shipping methods are used.
